This afternoon, April 23, the Central Theoretical Council's survey delegation led by Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, worked with the Provincial Party Committee to study the implementation of the task of building and rectifying a clean and strong Party over nearly 40 years of renovation, focusing on the last 10 years of the province.

Reporting at the working session, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ho Dai Nam emphasized that in the process of leadership and direction, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee focused on taking care of the work of Party building and rectification, building a clean and strong political system, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members in conjunction with improving the management and operation efficiency of the government, the quality of mass mobilization work of the Front and socio-political organizations, while closely, synchronously and comprehensively combining all aspects of Party building work.
Along with that, be active, proactive, and creative in directing and organizing the implementation of Party resolutions with high political determination, great efforts, drastic and effective actions, while promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members, especially heads of agencies, units, and localities in implementing Party resolutions.
Regularly innovate thinking in the process of leadership, direction, management and operation; promote the initiative and creativity of all levels, sectors, and each cadre and party member as well as strengthen the work of summarizing, concluding and drawing timely experience in the process of organization and implementation.
Regularly lead the implementation of political, ideological and ethical work well; seriously implement the viewpoint that "people are the root"; fight to prevent and repel degradation, "self-evolution", and "self-transformation" within the Party.
Pay attention to planning work associated with training, management, arrangement and use of staff, enhance the sense of responsibility of staff and party members as well as strengthen inspection, supervision, discipline and order in the Party, resolutely fight against corruption, waste and negativity.
Maintain solidarity and unity within the Party Committee, first of all within the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, associated with building the great national solidarity bloc, promoting the role and strength of the People, the Front, and socio-political organizations in carrying out assigned political tasks.
The Provincial Party Committee requested the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat to continue to pay more attention to leading and directly and comprehensively directing Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, cadre organization, inspection and supervision, internal affairs, anti-corruption and waste prevention, and mass mobilization work.
The Central Theoretical Council advised the Politburo and the Secretariat to innovate the content and curriculum of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought education in accordance with the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training as well as to innovate the issuance of Party documents in the direction of focus, succinctness, easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to implement, easy to inspect, monitor, and highly actionable...

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang and leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Committee discussed and clarified a number of issues that the delegation was interested in, such as the quality of life of ethnic minorities today; personnel work as well as Party building work in the province in recent times.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang reflected on some difficulties in concretizing the implementation of policies on merging administrative units, organizational apparatus and personnel work, thereby requesting the Central Theoretical Council to study and advise the central government to remove them so that localities can implement them most effectively.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, highly appreciated the achievements in socio-economic development and Party building that the province has achieved in recent times. The working delegation acknowledged and will fully synthesize the province's contributions for research, thereby proposing that the central government reform the issuance of resolutions to facilitate implementation.
