TPO - Long Thanh District, Dong Nai has handed over all 125 hectares of land to the investor to build 2 traffic routes connecting to Long Thanh International Airport.
On June 25, information from the People's Committee of Long Thanh district said that the locality has completed the handover of 100% of the land area serving the project of building 2 traffic routes (T1 and T2) connecting Long Thanh International Airport.

To implement the project, Long Thanh district must reclaim about 125 hectares of land, of which about 110 hectares are currently used by 770 households. Land reclamation for the project encountered many difficulties, especially on route T2 due to complicated land records, many cases of people transferring land by handwritten papers, co-ownership.
Recently, the authorities have established propaganda teams to mobilize people to hand over land for the project; apply legal regulations when reclaiming land in a way that benefits the people when reclaiming land. Thereby creating consensus and limiting complaints.
Up to now, Long Thanh district has also reviewed the documents and granted resettlement land at Loc An - Binh Son Resettlement Area to nearly 300 households whose land was recovered to serve these two connecting traffic routes.
In mid-July, Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) started construction of the traffic system connecting Line 1 and Line 2 of Component Project 3 - essential works in the airport of the Long Thanh Airport Construction Investment Project Phase 1.
According to the approval decision of ACV, the 4.3 km long T1 route with a design speed of 80 km/h according to urban main road standards, is deployed from the western boundary of Long Thanh airport to National Highway 51. The connecting route No. 1 is also the main route for traffic and transportation of machinery and equipment serving the construction of items of the Long Thanh airport construction investment project phase 1.
Main route No. 2 is 3.5 km long with expressway standards and a design speed of 100 km/h, located on Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, between Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway and is a very important route forming a connection system for Long Thanh Airport.
The expected project implementation time according to the contract is 885 days and the contract value is more than 2,600 billion VND.
