Recently, singer Hoa Minzy shared on her personal page about her special "birthday program". Accordingly, the singer from Bac Ninh spent more than 200 million VND to support surgery costs for 6 children with congenital heart disease from difficult family circumstances:
"My birthday is in a few days, everyone! Right after my birthday is International Children's Day on June 1st. I have contacted Hanoi Heart Hospital to ask for financial support for surgery for 6 children with congenital heart disease whose families are in difficult circumstances."
Specifically, Hoa Minzy spent a total of 214 million VND to fully support the surgery costs for: Two children in Quang Tri, one child in Phu Tho, one child in Nghe An, one child in Hai Duong and part of the cost for the child in Bac Giang.
Hoa Minzy transferred more than 200 million VND to support 6 children with heart surgery costs.
Hoa Minzy said: "Please bring better hope to the children and their families! Ms. Hoa wishes you a speedy recovery and a peaceful and healthy life."
Along with the messages, the female singer also posted a statement of the money transfer to support each specific case of the sick child. The female singer's actions made many people admire. Some viewers humorously called Hoa Minzy's birthday celebrations "unique but very meaningful".
Under the post, the female singer received many thanks and wishes for peace from the online community. Notably, the baby's relatives in Hai Duong left a comment confirming that the baby had received financial support for surgery from Hoa Minzy and was currently scheduled for surgery.
