'Miss FPT 2018' becomes deputy general director of FPT Retail

At the same time, Ms. Do Quyen continues to hold the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (FPT Retail).

Ms. Nguyen Do Quyen was born in 1981, graduated from Banking Academy, majoring in Finance - Banking. She joined FPT Retail in 2014 and has been with the company until now with many important contributions to the company's development.

Holding the position of Operations Director of FPT Shop chain of FPT Retail from 2014-2019, Ms. Do Quyen played an important role in improving the quality of customer service at FPT Shop system, promoting innovation to improve operational efficiency, building a positive, open and highly responsible working environment at the company.

Since 2019, as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FPT Retail, Ms. Nguyen Do Quyen has not only directly managed and operated the FPT Shop chain but also promoted strategic and comprehensive partnerships with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical suppliers, managed products and improved business efficiency of FPT Long Chau.

She has made an important contribution to building FPT Long Chau into the number 1 pharmacy chain in Vietnam. In addition, the achievements in effectively applying digital transformation to FPT Retail's business operations also bear her mark.

The decision to appoint Ms. Quyen was made in the context that FPT Retail is facing many potential growth opportunities in the fields of healthcare, retail of technology products and services...

This appointment aims to further strengthen and promote the internal resources of the executive board, leading the development of FPT Retail in the next phase.

Thus, from October 1, 2024, FPT Retail's board of directors includes General Director Hoang Trung Kien, Deputy General Director Nguyen Viet Anh and Deputy General Director Nguyen Do Quyen.
