The leaders also want a coach with an exemplary and standard lifestyle, because the CAHN players are still very young and need such a teacher. That is the criteria for building the club, the members have carried out the mission to make the return of an icon shine in the eyes of the fans.

The coach of the CAHN team also shared the problem that goalkeeper Nguyen Filip is facing, which is communication skills.
"I have to honestly share that regarding the training method, they were not trained to organize the ball rotation from the bottom up, so they had difficulties. In addition, when Nguyen Filip communicated and commanded, his teammates did not hear clearly. Filip has not made great progress in language. He has a Vietnamese teacher, hopefully he will improve in the future. I hope Nguyen Filip will improve on the mistake he made recently. He is very experienced and understands where he is lacking, I hope Filip will try harder so that the team does not continue to concede goals," said Mr. Dai.
Finally, the coach of CAHN Club also shared that the negotiation of a new contract between Quang Hai and the reigning V-League champion team will depend on... money.

Coach Duc Thang: Viettel The Cong Club has never given up on the top 3 goal
Answering Thanh Nien Newspaper's question about The Cong Viettel Club's chances of winning a medal this season, Coach Nguyen Duc Thang said: "I have never said I will give up.
