Quang Nam Provincial People's Council announces citizen reception schedule in 2025

For the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and full-time Provincial People's Council delegates: Receive citizens periodically on the 10th of every month, during office hours; mornings starting at 8:00 a.m. and afternoons starting at 2:00 p.m.

In case the citizen reception date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or the leader has urgent work, it can be moved 1 to 2 working days before or after. Location: Provincial Citizen Reception Office (No. 06, Tran Hung Dao Street, Tam Ky City).

The invited participants are representatives of the leaders of the following agencies: Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Offices of the Provincial Party Committee, the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee; Provincial Inspectorate; Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Provincial Citizen Reception Committee. Depending on the case and the situation of complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections of citizens, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council shall invite relevant agencies and localities to participate.

Unscheduled citizen reception shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3, Article 18 of the Law on Citizen Reception 2013. The members participating in citizen reception shall be convened by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council. For citizen reception by the Provincial People's Council Delegation, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Regulations on coordination of citizen reception by the People's Council and People's Council Delegates of Quang Nam Province, term X, 2021 - 2026.

For provincial People's Council delegates working part-time in districts, towns, cities and agencies and units: Delegates must register with the Standing Committee of the district-level People's Council or the Head of the Provincial People's Council Delegation where the delegate is working to participate in receiving citizens (as a provincial People's Council delegate) at least once a year at the Citizen Reception Office in the agency, unit or locality.
