According to the program, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will submit a Report and a draft Resolution on the results of monitoring non-budgetary capital projects using land that are slow to be implemented in 2024 in the province; Report on the dismissal of delegate Nguyen Hong Mai from the duties of the 10th term Long An Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

The Provincial People's Committee will submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval of the following Resolutions: Approval of the additional list of works and projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and production forest land in the province; Approval of the additional list of works and projects requiring land recovery in 2025 in the province; Amendment and supplementation of a number of articles of Resolution No. 19/2021/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on promulgating principles, criteria and norms for allocating regular expenditure estimates of the state budget in 2022 to budget levels in Long An province, which have been amended and supplemented in Resolution No. 10/2023/NQ-HDND, dated July 12, 2023 and Resolution No. 06/2024/NQ-HDND, dated July 2, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council.

In addition, the Resolutions on the allocation of the medium-term public investment capital plan for 2021-2025 and the public investment capital plan for 2025; the regulations on the authority to decide on investment and procurement of information technology application activities using regular expenditure funds from the state budget in the province will also be submitted by the Provincial People's Committee to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval at this session.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council requests the Provincial People's Committee, Committees of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Council delegates, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, relevant agencies and units to urgently prepare the contents to be submitted to the meeting on schedule and with quality./.
