In her new book, "The Radiant Feminine," author Thuc Linh shares practical and profound methods for accessing feminine energy.
Author Thuc Linh raises the questions: Where does a girl's charm come from? Where does a girl's happiness come from? Does it come from cosmetics, perfume, designer handbags, social status, and the number of people pursuing her?
Connect with the feminine
And the author sends the message that, in fact, a girl shines for herself, not because of makeup, status, or some "attachment".
If every girl still relies on external factors to be proud and show off about herself, then in fact, we don't love ourselves enough.
Inside every girl there is a light called Femininity. It is the essence of each person, the most natural and stable state.
This light brings a radiance that no makeup, clothes, or material can compare to.

Connecting with the feminine means listening to the guidance and inspiration from within. When we meet and connect with the feminine, we are healed, we are at peace, and ultimately, we shine.
Through the process of working with customers and personal experience, author Thuc Linh has summarized her understanding of femininity.
The author hopes that the book will be a companion to girls on their journey to find their own light to shine brightly.
Understanding femininity
However, to connect with femininity, one must understand femininity correctly. According to the author, femininity is a natural characteristic, a state of peace and relaxation that everyone can access when they are able to live as themselves, the most authentic version of themselves, fully accepted. Femininity is acceptance, is letting go, is opening up.
Femininity brings superior creativity, awakens intuition, brings sharp emotional intelligence, helps women become sexy. Femininity connects with the flow and flows with inspiration, connects with the sacred source.
Feminine energy goes beyond gender. According to the author, it is the energy of going inward, of calmness, of coolness, of purity, of nurturing and patience, corresponding to the earth and sky.
These qualities are not only beneficial to oneself, but are also key to embracing, empathizing, building deep relationships, creating soul-mate connections, bringing a sense of belonging, a sense of inclusion to each soul.
In the book The Radiant Feminine, the author also proposes healing the feminine through ancient wisdom such as Vipassana meditation, Pranayama yoga, Yoga Nidra – awakening the essence.
At the same time, the author also suggests a balance of masculine and feminine. It is not about suppressing or favoring one over the other, but rather recognizing the unique qualities and strengths that each energy brings.
