Sharing his arduous entrepreneurial journey, CEO Tony Vu said that since his student days, he always cherished the dream of starting a business. He decided to study at two universities at the same time: the University of Foreign Languages - Hanoi National University and the Trade Union University.

CEO Tony Vu (real name is Vu Dang Khoa, born in 1982) was born and raised in Bac Ninh.

Thanks to his determination and relentless efforts, even before graduating from university, he was selected to be a trainee manager for the future leadership of Coca-Cola Corporation. This is a dream starting point that not every student can achieve even up to this point.

Later, he continued to work for many leading domestic and international corporations such as Unilever, ANZ Bank, Diligo Holdings, Kuto Japan...

Despite his busy work schedule, he still takes time to attend many courses and training programs. Because more than anyone else, he understands that experience must go hand in hand with professional knowledge. He continued his studies and became a PhD student at the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

With solid professional knowledge and experience accumulated over the years of working, he has held many senior positions at leading multinational corporations in the world and in Vietnam.

Currently, he is the Chairman and CEO of the free recruitment platform Job3s.vn of 3s Group Technology Company. This is a pioneering global recruitment platform that applies more than 20 types of AI to help candidates find jobs across the country...

Sharing about the development process of the Job3s platform, CEO Tony Vu said that in the early days of cooperation with leading international and Vietnamese AI experts, he and his colleagues experimented many times but failed or did not achieve the desired results. However, with the spirit of never giving up, Job3s has overcome the difficult period and gradually stabilized as it is today.

After the hardships are the proud results

After a long period of research and testing, by 2023, Tony Vu and his colleagues had successfully applied over 20 different types of AI to Job3s.vn. That achievement helped Job3s.vn become the first and only platform to date in Asia to receive the prestigious award of Top 10 Most Prestigious Brands in Asia in 2023.

With his intelligence and constant efforts, CEO Tony Vu received the "Important Partner and Friendship Badge" awarded by Mr. Scott Bedke - Speaker of the House of Representatives, Lieutenant Governor of Idaho, USA to recognize his cooperative relationship and contributions to the state of Idaho - USA.
