(Fatherland) - Sun Group Corporation and Maison Eric Kayser Asie LTD - the world's leading prestigious French bakery have officially signed a franchise contract, marking an important milestone in bringing the quintessence of French cuisine to Vietnam.
According to the agreement between the two parties, Sun Group will be granted the exclusive franchise to exploit the Maison Eric Kayser Asie LTD (referred to as Maison Kayser) cake brand throughout Vietnam, and will be allowed to use the brand and production know-how to develop a system of stores, produce and trade products according to the standards of the Maison Kayser cake brand.
Sun Group is responsible for maintaining product quality and brand image, complying with quality control procedures and service standards, and is only allowed to use raw materials and equipment from suppliers approved by Maison Kayser.

Maison Kayser will be responsible for supporting Sun Group in providing know-how, formulas, and production processes; Supporting the training of key personnel throughout the system; Controlling and ensuring quality through regular inspections; Supporting the search for suitable raw material and equipment suppliers, while protecting the brand and handling legal issues related to intellectual property rights.
In the immediate future, Sun World Ba Na Hills has been chosen as the first location in Vietnam to have a Maison Kayser-branded bakery, expected to open in 2025. In addition, also this year, Sun Group and Maison Kayser will continue to coordinate to launch a second store in Phu Quoc - one of the leading resort destinations in Asia and the "host" of the APEC 2027 event, with the expectation of bringing high-class culinary experiences to domestic and international tourists. According to the plan, Maison Kayser bakeries will be launched at Sun Worlds across the country in the following years.
