The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has just held a ceremony to honor outstanding youths following Uncle Ho's teachings in 2023. Ha Tinh is honored to have 6/420 delegates honored.
1. Comrade Tran Thi Nhan - Secretary of the Youth Union of Gia Hanh commune, Can Loc district
As Secretary of Gia Hanh Commune Youth Union, comrade Tran Thi Nhan established and maintained a volunteer disaster response team with 20 members, 1 traffic safety school gate club, and 2 shock teams to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic.
In 3 years (2021-2023), Gia Hanh Commune Youth Union has admitted 135 new members, including 60 outstanding young Catholics; mobilized to present 670 gifts worth 202 million VND, built a new 4.5km power line worth 250 million VND, and mobilized more than 9,000 young union members to participate in building the new rural area.
Comrade Nhan himself has donated blood 34 times and received many certificates of merit from the Central Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee...
2. Comrade Doan Si Hoanh - Director of Eleader Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Hong Linh Town
When the COVID-19 pandemic became complicated, comrade Doan Si Hoanh established a "Volunteer Car" team specializing in transporting food and epidemic prevention equipment, supporting functional forces. From 2021 to present, comrade Hoanh has supported the launch of 16 youth economic models, many of which have developed well, creating stable income for local workers.
In the period 2019 - 2022, comrade Doan Si Hoanh held the position of Director of Eland Education and Service Joint Stock Company - a unit specializing in training English and math thinking for all ages.
From 2023 to present, Doan Si Hoanh has held the position of Director of Eleader Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - specializing in design and construction. Currently, the company is constantly expanding and developing with a team of engineers and architects in Nghe An and Ha Tinh, creating 30-40 jobs for workers with salaries from 8 - 12 million/person/month.
3. Comrade Phan Dang Ngoc - Head of Quality Control Department, Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company
In 2020, Mr. Phan Dang Ngoc was the secretary of the project Research on formulation and evaluation of the effectiveness of kidney stone treatment products from local herbs. The project was accepted by the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh and classified as excellent.
In 2021, he was the secretary of the project "Research on the preparation of HADIPHAR Ich Tri tablets to support the treatment of dementia from local herbs", the project was accepted by the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh and classified as good.
Every year, comrade Phan Dang Ngoc and the Youth Union regularly participate in 4-5 rounds of free medicine distribution for policy beneficiaries and support medicine worth more than 100 million VND.
4. Comrade Dang Van Cuong - Director of Thanh Sen Youth Cooperative
Comrade Dang Van Cuong established Thanh Sen Youth Cooperative in 2021 with 7 members, specializing in organic vegetable and fruit production, applying high technology with a production scale of 4.5 hectares. The cooperative is creating regular jobs for 5 young people with a salary of 6 - 8 million VND/person/month and 10 young people working seasonally with a salary of 5 - 6 million VND/person/month.
Comrade Cuong is also the Director of Nam Phat Company Limited (charter capital of 1 billion VND) specializing in distributing beer, wine, and soft drinks in Ha Tinh province and neighboring provinces; and is the owner of a restaurant in Ha Tinh city.
5. Comrade Tran Viet Tuan - Head of Mechanical Team, Ha Tinh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company
Comrade Tran Viet Tuan always researches and applies measures to reduce human labor; at the same time, reduce material costs to bring economic benefits to the company in general. Regularly grasp and update modern technology to achieve the most optimal work efficiency in terms of function, urban aesthetics, and minimal electricity use.
Comrade Tuan is the owner of the initiative "Steel pipe punching and pressing machine", which helps increase work productivity, reduce labor force of workers, speed up work progress, and help the unit save billions of dong each year.
He won the title of Outstanding Worker of Ha Tinh province in 2020; the 12th National Excellent Young Worker Award in 2021; received many certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Labor Federation...
6. Nguyen Minh Thu - Student of Nguyen Dinh Lien High School, Cam Xuyen District
During her studies and training, Nguyen Minh Thu has achieved many outstanding achievements. Won the third prize at the provincial level in the "Proud of Vietnam" National History and Culture Competition for the 2021-2022 school year; the provincial encouragement prize at the "English Olympic" competition for the 2021-2022 school year; the provincial encouragement prize for excellent students in English for the 2021-2022 school year and the third prize for excellent students in English for the 2022-2023 school year.
Won second prize in the national contest "Youth studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in the 2022-2023 school year; received a certificate of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training for winning second prize in the contest "Youth studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in the 2022-2023 school year; received a certificate of merit from the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for outstanding achievements in the contest "Youth studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in the 2022-2023 school year.
