Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son has just signed and issued Decision No. 1650/QD-UBND on reorganizing and renaming the Hanoi Center for Information Technology and Digital Transformation of Agriculture and Environment to the Hanoi Center for Information Technology and Digital Transformation of Agriculture and Environment under the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment.
According to Decision No. 1650/QD-UBND, the City assigned the Director of the Department of Finance to guide the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Center for Information Technology and Digital Transformation of Agriculture and Environment in Hanoi to receive the office, assets, finance and other related contents.
Coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies and units to advise the Hanoi People's Committee to adjust the plan to rearrange and handle housing and land facilities to arrange the headquarters of the Center for Information Technology and Digital Transformation of Agriculture and Environment and other related contents according to the provisions of law.
The Hanoi People's Committee also assigned the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment to appoint leadership and management positions according to his authority. Guide the Center for Information Technology and Digital Transformation of Agriculture and Environment to arrange and organize staff and workers in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs and guides the Director of the Hanoi Center for Information Technology and Digital Transformation of Agriculture and Environment to specify the functions, tasks, and powers of specialized and professional departments; the working regulations of the Center; and implement the tasks of the Center after reorganization.
