Cuba's Km0 is located on the floor of the main hall in the El Capitolio building in Havana, the capital city of Cuba. This location also marks the beginning of the main highway running from west to east.

Standing out in the middle of Km0 is a five-pointed star containing a 25-carat diamond, surrounded by three circles. However, the current diamond is just a copy. The original diamond was stolen on March 25, 1946, and was found 15 months later.
