Receiving the delegation, the Provincial Party Secretary happily informed about the labor situation in general and Japanese language training programs for students in Dien Bien province in particular. Recently, Dien Bien Medical College has cooperated with the International Cooperation Services Joint Stock Company (CICS) to open Japanese language training classes, training on Japanese culture, customs, and nursing knowledge for students to create a source of labor export. Currently, there are over 20 students participating in the N5 level Japanese language class.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: In the coming time, not only students of colleges in the province, but also medical staff of the province can participate in cooperation programs in training and developing human resources in the fields of health and nursing. He suggested that the Group continue to pay attention so that the two sides can widely implement cooperation activities, especially in the field of training and recruiting human resources to work in Japan.
On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Tetsumura Toshio, Chairman of Nara Higashi Hospital Group, thanked Dien Bien province for the warm and respectful welcome. At the same time, he informed: Currently, Japan has a great demand for human resources in the fields of medicine, nursing and health care for the elderly.
