Provincial Hospital celebrates Social Work Day

This morning, Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital held a ceremony to celebrate the 9th anniversary of Vietnam Social Work Day (March 25, 2016 - March 25, 2025), with the theme "Innovation, Connection and Professionalism" and implemented many volunteer activities for patients.

In 2024, the Social Work Department of the Provincial General Hospital connected with the community and benefactors to donate 14,000 free meal coupons, each worth 25,000 VND, and provided more than 23,400 free porridge portions for inpatients; Mobilized and donated 1 billion 639 million VND to support treatment costs for patients. In addition, maintaining many other free services at the hospital such as a barber shop, wardrobe, bookshelf, play area for children... contributed to bringing confidence and belief to patients on their journey to overcome the disease.

Enterprises donate 60 million VND to support Charity Fund for disadvantaged patients

Organizations and individuals continue to join hands to support patients in difficult circumstances.

The program raised nearly 200 million VND in cash to support the Charity Fund for poor patients, including 144 million VND from organizations, businesses, philanthropists and more than 52 million VND from officials, civil servants and employees of Ha Tinh General Hospital.

Volunteers give out free gifts and porridge to inpatients.

On this occasion, the benefactors also presented 36 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to patients in difficult circumstances, and 1,000 porridge and milk packages to patients being treated at the hospital./.
