To achieve this result, right from the first days of implementation, the unit proactively built construction roads to facilitate the transportation of materials to the construction site, significantly shortening the construction time compared to having to transport them manually. Along with that, the support of the people and authorities in Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province also contributed to ensuring the goal of completing the entire project ahead of schedule.
Mr. Hao's family has more than 1,400m2 of rice fields, most of which are in the corridor of the 500kV line 3 project. Understanding the role and significance of the 500kV line 3, as soon as the government issued policies, his family and other households in the commune quickly handed over their farmland to implement the project.
"The people all agreed to support the land, we didn't have to pay them before giving up the land, we let the project go first, and the people got the money later," said Mr. Mai Van Hao - Nga Giap commune, Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province.
Package No. 39 has a total length of 6km with 18 column foundation positions, and completed the construction of column erection and wire pulling on June 8. In Nga Giap commune, the land area recovered to implement this package is more than 1 hectare, and after exactly 1 month of implementation, 100% of the project site was handed over to the investor.

Up to now, we have handed over to the project 100% of the recovered area, including the area affected by the project corridor."
Immediately after the site clearance work was completed, taking advantage of favorable weather, the contractor immediately started construction work. Especially during the days of last week, despite the harsh weather, all construction teams at the site worked in 3 shifts, 4 shifts in accordance with the project's instructions.
"During the process of erecting poles and pulling wires to reach the finish line, ensuring fast progress, until today's completion, the contractor received a lot of support from the people, especially the local government to distribute the corridor, to ensure that the wire pulling work was not delayed for a single day", said Mr. Le The Hanh - Director of Phuong Hanh Company Limited.
Mr. Luu Viet Tien - Deputy General Director of the National Power Transmission Corporation said: "We are making efforts to implement the remaining tasks to achieve basic technical progress by June 20 and complete the entire project by June 30 as directed by the Prime Minister."
As of the end of yesterday, on the entire 500kV line 3 project from Quang Trach, Quang Binh province to Pho Noi, Hung Yen province, localities have handed over 494/513 corridor anchors. Regarding construction progress, 581 steel poles have been completed, 398 steel poles are under construction; 43 anchors have been completed, and 39 anchors are being pulled.
