According to Lao Dong reporter on February 7, 2024, the buying and selling scene at many clothing and cosmetics stores in Hanoi is extremely bustling.
Talking to reporters, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh (28 years old, from Nam Dinh) - an employee of a clothing store on Cau Giay Street (Hanoi) - said that these days, the number of shoppers is very crowded, especially in the evening.
"This year, many people have a rather late Tet holiday, most of them work until February 7 - the 28th of the lunar calendar. Therefore, this is the time when people go shopping a lot. My store normally closes at 10pm, but it only closes at 11:30pm. If customers still buy, it will be open until midnight."
