Each liter of RON 95 gasoline increased by 20 VND, oil products (except mazut) also increased by 580-630 VND depending on the type, from 3:00 p.m. today.
According to the joint management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance today, the price of RON 95-III gasoline (the popular type on the market) increased by 20 VND, to 24,820 VND; E5 RON 92 decreased by 70 VND, to 23,840 VND per liter.
Oil products (except fuel oil) also increased and have new prices of 21,590-21,610 VND per liter or kilogram compared to 7 days ago. Fuel oil alone decreased by 290 VND to 17,000 VND per kilogram.

Thus, from January 4th to now, gasoline and oil prices have increased 9 times and decreased 6 times. Similar to previous periods, today the joint ministries continue not to allocate or spend from the Price Stabilization Fund (except for fuel oil, the allocation level is 300 VND/kg).
The operator said that fuel prices fluctuated last week due to tensions in the Middle East that have not cooled down, OPEC+ extending its production cut policy, and the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
On average, over the past 7 days, the price of finished gasoline increased by 0.3%, and oil by 3.4-4%. Accordingly, each barrel of RON 95 gasoline increased to 106.5 USD, diesel oil to 107.5 USD, and fuel oil to 503.6 USD per ton.
