Attending the meeting were comrades: Lieutenant General Do Quang Thanh, Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security; Major General Nguyen Duc Dung, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Military Region 3; Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

At the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee informed about the outstanding results in Party building, political system building, socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security of the province in 2024 and the results of implementing the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

The comrade respectfully thanked and acknowledged the contributions and support of the Army and Police generals of Thai Binh hometown and the children living far away from home who have achieved success in various fields. Emphasizing the key tasks in 2025 and the following years, the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that the Army and Police generals of Thai Binh hometown and the children living far away from home would continue to make more important and positive contributions, contributing together with the Party Committee and people in the province to successfully implement the socio-economic development tasks of the province, building Thai Binh to develop more and more, and entering a new era with the whole country - the era of national development.
