According to initial information, the Ninh Cuong pontoon bridge's cable broke on the evening of September 11, causing one end of the bridge to fall into the river. Fortunately, when the Ninh Cuong pontoon bridge incident occurred, there were no vehicles or people passing by on the bridge.
After receiving information from the Ninh Cuong Pontoon Bridge Management Board, the leaders of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee directed departments, branches, and local authorities to promptly handle and fix the problem. However, the Ninh Co River is still flowing rapidly, so the fix is facing many difficulties.
