On the afternoon of March 19, 2025, Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, worked with the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion (referred to as the Center) on the results of implementing tasks in 2024 and the direction and tasks in 2025. Attending the meeting were Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Le Huyen, Trinh Minh Hoang; leaders of relevant Departments and branches.

In 2024, the Center will carry out its tasks in a context of both favorable conditions and intertwined difficulties and challenges, but with high determination, great efforts, solidarity and unity among officials, civil servants and employees, thoroughly implementing the motto of the Provincial People's Committee "Solidarity, discipline, proactive flexibility, effective acceleration" , on the basis of Decision No. 36/QD-UBND dated January 12, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the Plan to implement the main tasks and solutions to implement the Socio-economic Development Plan and State budget estimates in the province in 2024, the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion issued Plan No. 74/KH-TTXT dated January 21, 2024, setting out 10 groups of tasks and solutions, with 07 key tasks, 08 breakthrough tasks and 64 main and regular tasks to focus on implementing. Currently, the unit has successfully completed the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee in the fields of investment promotion, trade, industrial promotion and tourism, ensuring quality and time as prescribed. Administrative reform has been focused on; administrative discipline and order have been strengthened; working conditions and means have been provided with basic equipment to meet work requirements; sense of responsibility and quality of advice have been improved, internal solidarity and unity have created a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the unit; contributed to completing 100% of targets and tasks and exceeding a number of tasks set out in the work plan for the year. In the field of investment promotion, it has successfully advised on organizing 03 promotion conferences (Conference to announce the Planning and Investment Promotion in the province; Conference to connect and promote investment, trade and tourism in Ninh Thuan province in Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City), with a total of over 920 delegates attending, creating a good spread, attracting the attention of many domestic and foreign investors; At the same time, he advised the Provincial People's Committee to organize receptions and work with over 30 domestic and international investors coming to Ninh Thuan to learn about the potential, advantages and seek investment opportunities in the province. Regarding trade promotion, he organized 13 trade promotion activities, supported 225 enterprises in the province to participate in displaying, introducing and connecting products at promotional events inside and outside the province; supported 94 enterprises to participate in the province's e-commerce platform with 368 products introduced on the e-commerce platform. Regarding tourism promotion, he advised on organizing many events to promote and cooperate in tourism development with countries with large and potential tourists such as Korea, India, China, Taiwan (China) ...

After listening to the opinions of the leaders of the Departments, branches and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements as well as the positive working spirit of the Center in the past year. Regarding specific tasks in the coming time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Center to continue to innovate and improve the quality of investment promotion work; strengthen the promotion and introduction of the province's potential and strengths, ensure the diversification of promotion forms, improve quality and efficiency; proactively seek and contact potential investors to attract investment; advise and support information connection to call for investment in fields and projects with great impact and influence to promote the growth of the province; focus on standardizing information on procedures related to investment calling projects in a clear manner, ensuring clear people, clear work, clear time, clear roadmap and clear results; Prioritize the selection of projects with full information to call for and seek investors; proactively grasp difficulties and obstacles, promptly coordinate with departments, branches and localities to support the fastest and most effective solution, without delay or impact on business operations .
