Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW and Plan No. 320-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee has focused on leading and directing key tasks on Party Congresses at all levels in the Provincial Public Security for the 2025-2030 term. Propaganda and dissemination work has been proactively carried out in many forms, meeting the requirements of the tasks; associated with promoting the implementation of patriotic emulation movements, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Strengthening the work of ensuring security and order, effectively handling complaints and denunciations. The direction of preparation for the organization of the Congress of branches and affiliated Party Committees has been focused on, basically ensuring compliance with the set plan. The work of preparing the content of the documents of the 14th Congress of the Party Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police for the 2025-2030 term has been focused on and implemented. Up to now, the detailed outline of the Political Report has been completed; the draft review report of the Provincial Police Party Committee has been consulted for the first time.

Speaking at the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels in the Provincial Police, which closely followed the direction and guidance of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, proactively, actively, fully, seriously, promptly, and on schedule from the dissemination stage to the implementation direction. He noted that in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Public Security Party Committee needs to continue to direct Party committees at all branches and Party committees to promote propaganda and disseminate thoroughly Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and the directives and guidance documents of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee on Party Congresses at all levels among all Party members, cadres, and soldiers. Strengthen political education work, grasp the ideological situation to create trust, excitement, unity, and consensus in the entire force; arouse and promote the sense of responsibility and strive to both fulfill the task of ensuring political security and social order and safety, and actively prepare for the 15th Provincial Party Congress, Party Congresses at all levels in the Provincial Police in general and the 14th Provincial Police Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Focus on closely directing, monitoring and evaluating the progress and quality of the preparation work for the congresses of branches and grassroots Party Committees; pay attention to directing and orienting personnel for the district and grassroots levels; continue to perfect the team of Party committees, leaders and commanders in the People's Public Security to ensure that they meet the requirements and standards on politics, qualifications, capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations serving the personnel work of grassroots-level Congresses; monitor and direct the grassroots-level model congress for the Mobile Police Department Party Committee to become a model congress in the police force. During the preparation and implementation of the Party Congress, it is necessary to attach importance to leadership and direction to complete well the political tasks of agencies and units; continue to monitor, review, and grasp the security and order situation in the province, especially in localities with key national and provincial projects; advise and propose to Party committees and authorities at all levels to effectively resolve outstanding and arising cases so as not to affect the work of Party Congresses at all levels. In addition, actively coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, district, city Party committees, and Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee on the work of assessing the political history and current politics of cadres and Party members, promptly serving the personnel work of Party Congresses at all levels in the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Public Security Party Committee to pay attention to directing the work of advising the province on the goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term in the fields of national defense and security and internal affairs as assigned by the Team for building thematic reports on national defense and security; absorb the orientation of protecting and developing the country in the new era, the era of national development.
