On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin, comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, as head of the delegation, visited and extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Khang and Loi Hai communes (Thuan Bac); the 5th Water Special Forces Brigade and wished longevity and presented gifts to Mr. Jeak Hau on his 100th birthday.

Arriving at Phuoc Khang and Loi Hai communes (Thuan Bac), after listening to the commune leaders report on the results of implementing the socio-economic development tasks in 2023, as well as the preparation and care for Tet for the people in the area. On behalf of the working delegation, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province acknowledged and commended the achievements of the localities in the past year. At the same time, he requested that local Party committees and authorities need to grasp the people's situation, maintain dialogue at the grassroots level, listen to the people's thoughts and aspirations, preserve close solidarity with the people; along with doing a good job of ensuring political security, social order and safety before, during and after Tet, it is necessary to pay attention to and care for Tet for the people, especially policy families, poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances in the area, ensuring that every family can celebrate Tet warmly and affectionately.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, he sent his best wishes to all officers and soldiers for a happy and joyful new year with many new victories; wished the unit to continue promoting the achieved results, strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks; closely coordinate with the Party Committee, authorities, and forces stationed in the area to well protect the political security, social order and safety of the locality, contributing to the overall development of the province.
