On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), on the afternoon of July 16, the provincial working delegation led by Ms. Giang Thi Dung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and presented gifts to families of people with revolutionary contributions in Bao Thang district.
The delegation included leaders of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and Bao Thang district.


The delegation visited and presented gifts to two families of people with revolutionary contributions, including: The family of Mr. Hoang Van Luong, born in 1955, a war invalid with a 55% physical disability, a resistance fighter infected with toxic chemicals, with a 41 - 60% physical disability (Ta Ha 2 village, Son Ha commune) and Mr. Tran Xuan Khang, born in 1955, a resistance fighter infected with toxic chemicals, with a 41 - 60% physical disability (Trang Nung village, Xuan Quang commune).


At the places visited, Comrade Giang Thi Dung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, kindly inquired about the health and family situation, and expressed deep gratitude for the contributions of the meritorious people to the cause of national liberation and reunification. She hoped that the meritorious people would continue to promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", educate the younger generation about revolutionary traditions, and encourage relatives and local people to compete in socio-economic development; and requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay attention to and help the families of the meritorious people improve their material and spiritual lives.
