The Provincial Party Secretary visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Sua, a war invalid with an 85% rate in Phia Lai village, Phuc Son commune and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Vien, a war invalid with an 75% rate in Na Kha residential group, Lang Can town (Lam Binh). These are typical war invalids who have made many contributions to the cause of defending the Fatherland and have worked for many years in the local military force.
