The second group is activities that recreate and introduce rituals, festivals, and good customs of Vietnamese ethnic groups. Through that, people and tourists will understand more about the values, cultural beauty, and traditions of ethnic groups in the activities of welcoming Tet and spring for thousands of years.

The highlight is the Cham people's tower opening ceremony (Pơh bang yang ceremony). The tower opening ceremony is to offer offerings to the gods to pray for favorable weather, good health for the villagers, and permission for people to open new businesses, build dams, and prepare for planting.

Next, the Khai Ha Festival of the Muong ethnic group in Hoa Binh province (also known as the going down to the fields or opening the forest) will also be recreated at the Cultural Village during the spring days of At Ty.

Khai Ha is the biggest traditional folk festival, an indispensable cultural and religious activity of the Muong people in Hoa Binh, especially in the four major Muong regions: Bi, Vang, Thang, Dong. This is also the unique cultural feature of the Muong people in Hoa Binh, the pride of the people of all ethnic groups in Hoa Binh province.

The Bamboo Calendar plays a special role in the life of the Muong community, and is an invaluable asset of folk knowledge. In addition to the solar calendar, all production activities, daily life, customs, rituals, festivals of the community, and important events of each person and each Muong family in Hoa Binh are based on the calculation of good and bad luck of the Bamboo Calendar.

Within the framework of the Spring Festival across the country in 2025, there will also be a reenactment of the singing and dancing excerpt under the cotton tree (Kin Chieng Boọc Mây) of the Thai ethnic group in Thanh Hoa province; a reenactment of the New Rice Celebration of the Raglai ethnic group in Ninh Thuan province...
