For over 2 years, the "unique" squid noodle soup restaurant at 137 Ha Dac (Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City) has become a culinary destination in Da Nang that attracts many locals and tourists to enjoy. Because it ensures the freshness of seafood, especially squid, the restaurant has retained many customers over the years.
At around 5:30 a.m., the squid noodle shop of Ms. Bui Thi Thuan (39 years old, residing in Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City) opened to serve customers.
"Before, my husband and I sold a drinking place, but due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, we closed it and switched to selling squid noodle soup. Before opening, I cooked and tested the dish many times until I felt that it suited many people's tastes," Ms. Thuan shared.

Ms. Thuan said that customers rated the seafood at the restaurant, especially the squid, as fresh and delicious. After experiencing the squid noodle soup, many diners spread the word, recommending their relatives and friends to come and try it.

To create a sweet taste in the broth, Ms. Thuan cooked many types of fish and used fish stock and pork bones to make the broth. The seasoning only included raw salt and a little seasoning powder, because the broth was already sweet, so the use of MSG was very limited.

The restaurant owner often chooses squid caught from fishermen, because the squid is less affected and retains its freshness until processing.

On busy days, the restaurant sells about 7-8 kg of squid in one morning. On weekends, many people come to enjoy, some days the restaurant sells about 20 kg of blue bone fish.
