According to the article, this person said that yesterday (February 21), while his son was playing at Man Thai beach, he broke a glass bottle. At that time, the owner of the CCG cafe "rushed in and slapped him 8 or 9 times in the face. Then he repeatedly hit his head against the wooden pole of the swing and continued to tell the staff to use a rope to strangle his neck and hands" - the article clearly stated.

This person also said that through emergency care, Son Tra District Medical Center diagnosed the child with a broken tooth root and needed to monitor for traumatic brain injury.

"Yesterday, after beating my child, the shop owner took him to the ward police station to report that he had broken a bottle and used a box cutter as a weapon. But he did not use a box cutter. Actually, he was playing and saw the bottle lying on the sand, so he picked it up and threw it on the embankment 1.5 meters away so that the staff could see and clean it up, but unexpectedly the bottle broke and the shop owner did not give him a chance to explain" - the article stated.

Immediately after being posted, the article received thousands of interactions and was shared by many groups in Da Nang. The majority were dissatisfied with the owner’s behavior and called for a boycott of the cafe. Meanwhile, some people still believe that information from relevant parties is needed to clarify the incident.

In the afternoon of the same day, speaking with a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the People's Committee of Man Thai Ward confirmed that the information on Facebook was incorrect. Accordingly, at the time of the incident, the shop owner asked the child's mother but the child did not speak. Therefore, the shop owner had to take the child to the Man Thai Ward Police Station for questioning.

"The police have been working for 2 days now. This afternoon, after the post on Facebook, the Man Thai Ward Police continued to invite the child's family and the coffee shop owner to the headquarters to clarify some more content. The specific content will be provided by the police" - the leader of the Man Thai Ward People's Committee said.

That same afternoon, when the reporter contacted the CCG coffee shop, an employee there said that the owner was working with the police and could not provide further information at the moment.

It is known that CCG coffee shop is located next to Man Thai beach (Man Thai ward, Son Tra district). In recent times, this establishment has become a famous dining and check-in place for locals and tourists coming to Da Nang.
