(PLVN) - Promoting the spirit of "love for oneself, mutual love, and helping each other", the Vinh Phuc Young Entrepreneurs Association has called on members and businesses to donate money and many necessities to send to the northern provinces and cities that are suffering severe consequences from storm No. 3.
In recent days, storm No. 3 has caused heavy losses in human lives and property for people in the Northern provinces. In order to promote the spirit of “mutual love, helping each other” to share more with those in difficult circumstances, the Vinh Phuc Young Entrepreneurs Association calls on member enterprises, philanthropists, entrepreneurs and enterprises to actively donate to help the people in the North affected by storms and floods to stabilize their lives and restore production.
After 5 days of launching, as of 10:00 a.m. on September 13, Vinh Phuc Young Entrepreneurs Association has received 352.5 million VND, along with many necessities such as: 4.2 tons of rice; 100 boxes of instant noodles, 10 boxes of dry food, 50 boxes of water...
On the afternoon of September 12, the Vinh Phuc Young Entrepreneurs Association, led by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quan - Chairman of the Association, together with other benefactors and members, organized a delegation to present the first batch of necessities to people in 3 districts: Vinh Tuong, Song Lo, Lap Thach, with a total value of 90 million VND (each district is 30 million VND). These are localities heavily affected by storms and floods in Vinh Phuc province.
