YI DA Vietnam Co., Ltd., Cam Khe town, Cam Khe district, was established in 2016 and officially started production in May 2018 with a total investment of 22.56 million USD, specializing in manufacturing and exporting Denim (Jeans) products. When it first started operating, the company established a trade union, with 113 workers working in 6 sewing lines with an average salary of 5.6 million VND/person/month.

In October 2022, the Company Party Committee was established with 77 party members operating in 3 party cells, directly under the District Party Committee. Based on the survey and understanding of the Company's situation, with a large proportion of workers of youth union age, with the consent of the Standing Committee of Cam Khe District Party Committee and the consensus of the enterprise's leaders, in August 2024, the Company's Youth Union was established with 110 members, directly under the Cam Khe District Youth Union. This is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise in the district that has established Party and mass organizations. This is also an effort of Cam Khe district to continue to concretize the policy of building Party and mass organizations in non-state enterprises in the province by 2025 according to Resolution No. 50 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Over the past time, the Company has continuously maintained stable production, affirmed its production capacity and product quality, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it has gained trust, been sought out by many customers and placed many orders. The Company has created a favorable environment, united and gathered union members and workers to actively study, practice, compete in labor production; helped foster political education, ideology, ethics and lifestyle for union members and workers in the Company to build a strong union and trade union organization, contributing to the completion of the Company's production and business goals and promoting local socio-economic development.

To help workers feel secure in production and work, and to increase the stability of the production line and improve product quality, from the end of 2023 to now, the company has invested in many modern production lines, machinery and equipment, including many automated production lines, reducing labor force, improving efficiency and product quality. Therefore, the company is confident to be one of the first choices of customers. Up to now, the number of orders placed until the end of the year, creating jobs and increasing income for workers, exceeding the set target.

Mr. Andy Chen - Deputy CEO of the Company said: In order to better meet the requirements and orders of customers, continue to improve production capacity and development, the Company always pays attention to 3 issues, including human resources, machinery, equipment and production and business operation processes. In which, the first and most important thing that the Company focuses on is developing human resources. Currently, along with promoting the recruitment of sewing workers and operating production lines, the Company focuses on enhancing many benefits, attracting and increasing income for workers and laborers.

With the goal of recruiting about 500 more workers from now until the end of the year, the company has immediately applied bonus policies and expanded the recruitment area to neighboring districts and provinces as well as more distant localities, thereby attracting more and more workers and laborers to work at the company, better meeting customer orders...

Up to now, thanks to the good work of developing party members, the Company's Party Committee currently has 89 party members working in 4 workshops and 36 departments. The Company currently has a total of 36 sewing lines, creating jobs for nearly 5,000 workers with an average income of 9.5 million VND/person/month; in 2023, it will contribute more than 49 billion VND to the State budget.
