On July 12, PJICO Insurance Corporation held a conference to deploy the digital transformation program for the period 2024-2028.
According to PJICO Chairman Pham Thanh Hai, PJICO continues to adhere to the strategic direction of safe - sustainable - effective development, at a faster pace based on the application of new digital initiatives and comprehensive transformation. PJICO has proactively deployed technology infrastructure and developed core platforms, so when cooperating with a strategic partner like FPT Digital, it will help PJICO achieve outstanding achievements, improve operational efficiency and bring the highest value to customers.

This process has been focused on by PJICO since 2019 and has achieved many achievements to date, creating a solid foundation for the upcoming comprehensive digital transformation phase. PJICO's information technology infrastructure has been deployed according to the 2019-2024 information technology strategy, developing core technology platforms, and is ready to enter the acceleration phase from 2024 to 2028.
Together with FPT Digital, PJICO's digital transformation roadmap 2024-2028 is built on multi-dimensional analysis, including development orientation, digital status, industry development trends and market demand with the goal of serving customers in a timely and accurate manner, and providing better experiences in all stages. This comprehensive digital transformation program is designed to maximize PJICO's advantages, exploit existing technology platforms and optimize resources to enhance competitive advantage.

After the digital transformation roadmap was approved by the Board of Directors in April 2024, before the general meeting of shareholders, PJICO actively implemented the transformation program according to this roadmap and after only one quarter, achieved very positive results.
Platform applications and tools serving the entire network operations have been deployed synchronously, notably the PJICO Seller App System and the website baohiem.pjico.com.vn for petrol and oil agents, bancas (insurance products linked to financial services); upgrading the My PJICO App system to bring convenience to customers in tracking insurance contracts and making claims. At the same time, upgrading the ipjico.vn page to enhance user features; deploying a management reporting system to all management levels of units. New technologies have also been researched and applied to help automate internal management activities. The technology infrastructure system has been reviewed, supplemented and enhanced with 24/7 monitoring services to ensure stable operation, customer information security, system security, helping customers feel secure when using PJICO's online services.
