Inspection delegation No. 1923 of the Politburo works with the Standing Committee of Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of March 18, 2025, Inspection Team No. 1923 of the Politburo had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee on the situation and results of the implementation of the Central Directives and Resolutions. Attending the meeting were comrades Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Council; Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Central Inspection Committee, Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 1923 and comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting.

At the working session, Inspection Team No. 1923 approved the draft Report on the results of the inspection of a number of key work topics in 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat for the Standing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, in the past time, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee has promptly led and directed the organization of studying and fully grasping the Directives, Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee; at the same time, it has developed a Program and Plan to concretize them in accordance with the practical situation of the locality. Specifically: Regarding the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party according to Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Party Committees at all levels of Ninh Thuan province have led and directed the preparation work for the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party to ensure progress according to the set plan; The work of preparing draft documents for submission to Party Congresses at all levels has been carefully prepared; the work of preparing personnel for Party Congresses at all levels has been carried out democratically, objectively, in accordance with procedures and instructions. After 7 years of implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently", the province has streamlined the apparatus, reduced focal points, reduced intermediate levels, and reduced deputy levels, basically meeting the set goals; work productivity has improved, there is no shortage or imbalance in human resources between units after the reorganization.

Overview of the working session

Regarding Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; the province has fully and promptly implemented it from the province to the grassroots level; the leadership and direction of issuing documents to specify and fully and comprehensively implement it, and the assignment of responsibilities to agencies and units must be clear and specific. The organization of the implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Project to supplement socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more and Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated February 5, 2025 of the Government on the growth target of sectors, fields and localities must ensure the national growth target of 8% or more in 2025; The province has been implementing promptly and on schedule; focusing on mobilizing the highest resources to overcome difficulties, create breakthroughs in each field, striving to complete the province's growth target of over 13% in 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, accepted the contents raised by the Inspection Delegation; at the same time, he also recommended that the Central Government should soon have specific mechanisms and policies for Ninh Thuan province in implementing important projects, creating momentum for socio-economic development in building energy centers and national data centers; have specific instructions in organizing Party Congresses at all levels in the current transitional period so that the province can prepare carefully, ensuring quality and progress; need to have appropriate mechanisms and policies for the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees after implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus organization...

In his concluding remarks at the working session, Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of Inspection Team No. 1923, accepted and acknowledged the province's practical and comprehensive recommendations and will synthesize and complete them to report to the Politburo and the Secretariat. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he suggested that Ninh Thuan province should continue to promote propaganda work, encourage cadres, civil servants and public employees to feel secure in their work, thereby creating consensus in implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus; focus on and concentrate on mobilizing the highest resources to overcome difficulties, create breakthroughs in each field, and strive to complete the growth target set for 2025./.
