Voters of Quynh Luu district have sent many recommendations to the National Assembly delegation and relevant departments and branches. Accordingly, voters of Quynh Ba commune reflected that in the program of building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas, there are regulations on providing clean water for people. However, people have not seen any State support policies when building water supply works for people, leading to many communes and hamlets not being able to build water plants. Therefore, it is recommended that all levels pay attention and have policies to support funding for water supply works.

Voters also requested that the State regulate more clearly and fairly the price of domestic water. Specifically, if the project's capital is invested by enterprises, the price should be higher, and if the project's capital is contributed by the State and the people, the water price should be lower.
Regarding the implementation of the Law on Environmental Protection, voters of Quynh Ba commune also reflected that there are many general and unclear points leading to difficulties in implementation and wasting people's money. Voters suggested that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment consider: Not assessing the environmental impact when reclaiming small areas of 2-rice land; Need to specify more clearly how much area must be reclaimed to assess the environmental impact; Suggest not assessing the environmental impact for projects to build local welfare works such as: Village cultural houses, commune cultural houses, schools, medical stations, etc.

In addition, voters of the three communes of Quynh Hong, Quynh Ba, and Quynh Hung also reflected many opinions focusing on the contents related to compensation and site clearance for National Highway 1A; Issuing land use right certificates to the people; Deterioration of the power grid system; Health insurance policy for People's Council delegates; Increasing allowances for women's association heads. Regarding emulation and reward work, voters of Quynh Hung commune are concerned that currently some subjects have been awarded the Glorious Soldier Medal and the Liberation Medal but have not received any awards... Regarding personnel work, the representative of the Fatherland Front Committee of Quynh Luu district also proposed that the Central Government consider increasing the number of deputy heads of the Fatherland Front and district-level mass organizations.
