"Village in the City" is a new film by VFC directed by Meritorious Artist Nguyen Mai Hien.

The film is a sequel to "Pho trong lang" which aired before but has an independent position with completely new content and many characters not in the previous part.

The show is currently airing episode 10, and the cast and crew are still filming.

In "Village in the City" episode 10, Hoai (Tran Van) was teased and insulted by her colleagues, making her extremely upset and wanting to meet the workshop director to explain.

This guy wanted to molest Hoai so he asked her to come to his office, closed all the doors and did it. But at that moment, Hung (Tien Loc) appeared so this guy couldn't do anything.

Hoai was upset and cried to Hung so he comforted her in a somewhat intimate manner. At that moment, Hieu (Duy Hung) came to the factory to give his wife a raincoat and saw that scene so he rushed in and beat Hung, causing a commotion in the factory.

In the review of "Village in the City" episode 11, Hieu decided to meet Hoai's "bluebeard" boss (Tran Van) to resolve the case of his wife being molested.

In the VTV Connect program, actor Tien Loc said he was punched through the wall by Duy Hung in this scene.

“We had no idea the back wall was made of plaster. Meanwhile, the scene required realism and strong acting to create a highly realistic feeling for the audience.

Duy Hung could be seen sweating profusely, as did Tran Van. I accepted being beaten and falling down as realistically as possible,” the actor recalled.

According to the shared behind-the-scenes video, the scuffle between Hieu - Hung - Hoai was also witnessed by extras and attracted the attention of everyone around.

Tien Loc said Duy Hung threw things at him and his face about 5-6 times from different camera angles.

“The most surprising thing was the first time Duy Hung threw something because there was no such situation during practice. I felt sorry for the following scenes because I was on guard,” Tien Loc said.

Meanwhile, Duy Hung shared that the act of throwing things was an outburst in the character Hieu's personality and thoughts at the time of filming.

Tran Van admitted that this was a difficult scene. "Sometimes it's just a short scene, in a split second, but it's still very difficult. If you don't act well and sensitively, you won't be able to convey the director's intention," the actress expressed.

At the end of the scene, Duy Hung's shirt was soaked with sweat, Tran Van was almost exhausted, and the wound on Tien Loc's hand was bleeding after many collisions.

“That was a very tiring scene for the cast. As Tien Loc shared, when he was punched and fell through the wall, his limbs were scratched. Under the 40-degree heat, we practiced our lines, ran the camera until the live filming, which took a lot of energy. Indeed, this was a very tiring day for Duy Hung as well as his co-stars,” Duy Hung recalled.

According to the revelation of actor Tran Van, in the next episodes, the audience will see Hieu understand the problem, the relationship between him and Hung also becomes better. When everything is clear, Hung is cleared of all charges and is no longer "stoned" like in the first episodes.

“No matter how difficult it is, all the characters in the movie 'Village in the City' maintain an optimistic spirit. Hopefully, the audience will have a new spiritual food when watching the movie,” Tran Van emphasized.
