In recent days, despite some severe heat waves, Ha Hoa Power Company has proactively implemented many technical solutions to maintain safe and continuous power supply, serving socio-economic development in the area and meeting the people's daily needs and electricity use.
The replacement of Ha Hoa 15 transformer station has ensured stable power supply for households in zones 2 and 9, Ha Hoa town.
Ha Hoa Power Company currently manages and operates 242 transformer stations with 275.4km of medium voltage lines and 640.5km of low voltage lines with nearly 32,000 customers. To meet the electricity needs of production and daily life of people during this year's hot season, the unit has implemented investment projects to build, upgrade, repair and prevent overload of the power grid system to improve the quality of electricity, ensure safe and continuous power supply for people in mountainous areas, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
Since the beginning of the year, Ha Hoa Power Company has upgraded and repaired 6.4km of medium voltage lines, 38km of low voltage lines; 7 transformer stations and replaced 6 degraded transformers with a total cost of more than 32 billion VND. In addition, phase reversal has been performed at 42 transformer stations, changing the capacity of 7 transformers to suit the actual situation in key localities and areas.

Implementing the plan to ensure grid safety during this year's storm season, along with strengthening technical management, regularly monitoring the operating status of power lines and substations to deploy specific solutions, promptly implementing load sharing, balancing, phase reversal, and transformer switching measures to increase the ability to supply power to the load, the unit has directed specialized departments to inspect and review the entire grid system, reinforce and repair 18 locations of landslide-prone poles at risk of collapse; replace broken locks, pull wires to get the right offset at 31 key locations and handle 12 locations of overlapping wires and damage that do not ensure safe and continuous power operation.
Along with technical solutions to maintain safe and continuous power supply, the Ha Hoa 110 kV Transmission Line and Substation (TSA) Project located in the area was energized and put into operation at the end of 2023, contributing to relieving the capacity of the 220 kV TSAs in Phu Tho, Viet Tri and neighboring localities, ensuring the quality of electricity to the electrical load for the entire district and areas of districts such as: Doan Hung, Phu Ninh, Phu Tho town and Viet Tri city.
The 110 kV Ha Hoa transmission line and transformer station (TSB) have contributed to ensuring the quality of electricity to the electrical load for the entire district and neighboring localities.
Comrade Tran Huy Quang - Director of Ha Hoa Electricity said: "In the past time, we have used advanced technologies in managing and operating the power system. In particular, using Recloser and LBS circuit breakers to automatically turn on and off when there is a problem, combining flycam drones, thermal cameras to check power lines, equipment... contributing to improving the efficiency of technical management and operation, ensuring continuous and stable power supply for businesses and people using electricity in the area, contributing to improving the index of electricity access and troubleshooting, providing electricity to customers in the fastest time. In addition, implementing many propaganda measures to raise awareness of people, units and businesses in using electricity economically and effectively".

In particular, to better serve customers' electricity needs, Ha Hoa Power has set up a hotline system 19006769 to receive and promptly handle customers' power outage notifications. At the same time, it has arranged to increase the on-duty force, prepare vehicles, materials, and spare equipment to promptly fix any problems that may occur, and restore power supply as soon as possible.
