Dien Bien implements the process of introducing personnel for the planning of the Party Central Executive Committee

Provincial leaders voted to introduce personnel for the 14th Party Central Committee, term 2026 - 2031.

Comrades: Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference. Attending the conference were comrades leading the Local Department 6, the Central Inspection Committee; Local Department 1, the Central Organization Committee; the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; the Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; the Provincial Party Committee; heads of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province.

Implementing the process of reviewing the source of cadres to introduce personnel for the planning of the 14th Party Central Committee, term 2026 - 2031 according to Regulation No. 50-QD/TW, dated December 27, 2021 and Plan No. 17-KH/TW, dated July 7, 2023 of the Politburo; The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the review of the list of human resources of the province that meet the conditions and standards to introduce the planning of the 14th Party Central Committee, term 2026 - 2031 to the conference of key cadres of the province for consideration and introduction.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong emphasized: One of the important contents of personnel work is personnel planning. This is a regular and important task of the Party Committee to proactively and early detect sources of cadres with political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; leadership and management capacity and sense of organization and discipline; decisive, drastic, effective in performing assigned duties and tasks; with outstanding achievements, work products and development prospects; with innovative thinking, dynamism, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility to introduce leadership planning at all levels, especially at the strategic level, planning for the 14th Party Central Committee. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the comrades attending the conference to uphold the sense of responsibility, political awareness, impartiality, objectivity, caution, and careful consideration before writing the recommendation ballot to ensure quality.
