In particular, the average economic growth rate in the 3 years (2021 - 2023) of the province is estimated at 8.56%; The economic scale in 2023 is estimated to reach 68,358 billion VND, 1.3 times higher than in 2020. The proportion of industry, construction and services in GRDP increased from 72.5% in 2020 to 79% in 2023. Average income per capita in 2023 is estimated to reach 62.4 million VND, 1.2 times higher than in 2020. In the period of 2021 - 2023, the province is always in the leading group of the country with a high rate of public investment disbursement. Total social investment capital in 2023 is estimated to be 60,000 billion VND, 1.2 times higher than in 2020, with an average increase of 7.1% per year in the period of 2021 - 2023; The accumulated 3 years of 2021 - 2023 is estimated at 168.1 trillion VND, reaching 50% of GRDP. Investment promotion and investment attraction activities in the Economic Zone and industrial parks and clusters have been promoted, with many innovations and high efficiency. From 2021 to June 2023, the whole province has approved, adjusted investment policies, and granted investment registration certificates to 274 projects with a total registered capital of 57,149.4 billion VND, of which the total foreign investment capital FDI reached over 1 billion USD (higher than the total FDI capital from 2020 and earlier).
