Total investment is expected to be 19,000 billion VND, medium-term public investment capital for the period 2026-2031.

According to the Railway Network Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, the Da Nang area is oriented to move Da Nang station out of the city center to the west of the current station; renovate the existing railway line parallel to the east of the expressway, in the same corridor as the high-speed railway.

At the same time, build a cargo terminal in Kim Lien area to connect with Lien Chieu port; investment orientation in the period up to 2030 and after 2030.
