Business representatives argue that an urban area not only provides stable housing for residents but also serves as a successful investment destination, enhancing the quality of life for its inhabitants, encompassing social, cultural, and economic aspects. In particular, commercial and service infrastructure, considered the most profitable real estate asset in investment projects, truly becomes valuable when, through operation, it generates the best benefits and income for residents within that urban area.

The An Phu urban area project aims to provide residents with quality of life, encompassing social, cultural, and economic aspects.
It's not a destination, it's a starting point.
A long-standing practice in urban investment projects is that mass media consistently focuses on portraying the criteria and characteristics of owning a home in urban areas as a place to experience and enjoy a successful life, with elevated values and prestige. Many real estate projects even create images such as: a resort paradise, a civilized family space… to attract interested investors.
However, in the eyes of real estate brokers, these glamorous impressions are merely superficial, reflecting what each individual and family desires. In reality, when a family decides to choose a location and acquire a home in an urban area, it's only a temporary culmination of a period of striving for happiness. Before that, the individual or family had to overcome many hardships and accumulate the necessary basic resources before confidently making the decision to "settle down." Afterward, the family's main question is always how to "establish a career." No one builds a new house just to sit back, enjoy themselves, spend money, travel , or indulge in fine food and luxury. On the contrary, after signing the ownership transaction for an apartment, each family enters a new phase, focusing on financial stability and securing their lives. This means that those who have chosen an apartment in an urban area are beginning a new, more challenging phase of life.
From that perspective, according to the leaders of An Phu Company, the "urban product" that the company can build must first and foremost be a place to live, with real housing constructions, complete legal basis, technical infrastructure, etc., for people to choose from. Secondly, residents of the urban area must have opportunities to improve their livelihoods for their families and themselves, stemming from the status of their property ownership. This is the crucial value for successful urban development investments.
Specifically in the An Phu Urban Area in Buon Ma Thuot, the company is currently investing in and completing a system of shophouses to serve the commercial needs of future residents. These shophouses in the urban area are strategically located for promoting and accessing goods to meet the needs of people in the central area of Buon Ma Thuot City. They also offer convenient transportation and connectivity to suburban areas via ring roads and national highways for trade and import/export activities. The company will cooperate with local authorities to support families and organizations owning shophouses, facilitating the registration of business locations within the urban area. Therefore, each family moving into the urban area officially opens a new, more structured, and advantageous path to a better life.

The first 20 townhouses (shophouses) in the An Phu Urban Area project were officially handed over to customers in April 2023.
"Lost in work" ecosystems
The business perspective is that each urban area must be integrated into a "stable" ecosystem, helping residents achieve better incomes and careers. First, in terms of infrastructure, residents should have convenient access to transportation, daily life, and commercial activities, truly becoming economic citizens. Between commercial infrastructure (townhouses) and social infrastructure (apartments, subdivided land plots, etc.), there should be a connection between residents to provide labor and services to each other. A self-contained urban area that meets these needs is truly a place for comfortable living.
Subsequently, from the urban area, residents can establish trading networks and conduct business outwards, through other urban areas in the region, within investment groups (for example, urban areas in localities developed by An Phu Company), and within regional supply chains (for example, the coffee business between cities)... This "business thrives with partners, trade flourishes with communities" mindset will double the strength and commercial opportunities for urban residents. Goods will circulate and be exchanged through commercial linkages between urban residents.
Finally, once urban areas are fully populated, subsequent economic activities will have the opportunity to develop, such as linking domestic tourism, linking educational development for young people, and linking cultural development among groups of residents with similar interests... The crucial foundation of these linkages is the livelihood opportunities that the urban area developer set out from the beginning, when it was just an urban project.
"We are striving to implement urban projects, all aimed at achieving this development goal. We must create better living conditions for residents and contribute to the sustainable development of new urban areas," emphasized a representative from An Phu Company.
The company further stated that it is currently realizing this dream in the Buon Ma Thuot project, and will quickly expand to other projects that the company has been entrusted with and selected to bid on by local authorities in Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Thuan, etc. The aspiration for brand recognition of a business is therefore truly manifested through actions of building and investing in the livelihoods of local residents.
