In 2024, as the Standing Agency of the Working Group of Project 06 provinces, the Provincial Police promptly advised the Provincial People's Committee to focus on directing the drastic implementation of Project 06/CP in the area and within the force. Up to now, the Provincial Police have basically completed and continued to maintain the implementation of 13/13 tasks according to the plan and achieved some positive results. Specifically, for 53 public services (DVC) under Project 06, as of November 2024, the whole province has received 231,087 records, reaching 93.66% (an increase of 30.16% over the same period in 2023). Particularly for 12 DVCs in the People's Police, more than 134,543 records have been received and resolved, reaching 99.63% (an increase of 29.63% over the same period in 2023). Issued 643,743 ID cards to eligible permanent residents; successfully activated 372,375 level 2 electronic identification accounts, reaching 97.44%. Collected and updated 547,785 member data of 10 socio-political organizations into the national population database system to serve the implementation of Project 06.

To continue to effectively implement and complete the tasks of Project 06/CP in 2024, Colonel Huynh Tan Hanh, Director of the Provincial Police Department, directed the Public Security of units and localities to focus on implementing the following key tasks: Continue to thoroughly grasp the spirit of initiative and urgency: Attaching to the responsibility of the leader; only discuss and do, not discuss back; be proactive, creative, innovative, flexible, effective; dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility according to the direction in Directive No. 12/CT-UBND dated October 28, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee. Coordinate to inspect and urge the implementation of the tasks of Project 06; maintain the work of ensuring security and safety of the system. Timely advise competent authorities to resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles for a number of tasks at risk of being behind schedule. Promote propaganda in various forms to all classes of people about the purpose, meaning, importance and urgency of implementing Project 06.
