Recalling the time 10 years ago, Mr. Chia said, it was a difficult time for the village. At that time, the State had a policy of supporting migration to implement sedentarization and resettlement for ethnic minorities. Initially, the people were still worried and did not agree because they were still familiar with their old place of residence. Moreover, if they agreed, 30 households from other groups would move in to live. However, with his prestige, Mr. Chia, together with the Party Committee and the commune government, successfully persuaded the households to move to the new resettlement area.

According to the village chief Giang A Chia, with more than 5 hectares of flat land, but due to the limited thinking in economic development of the people, they only grow rice once a year. Thanks to active propaganda and guidance, in recent years, households have known how to use high-yield crop varieties, apply technical advances, machinery, production tools and preferential loans to develop production. That is why every year, the rice and corn productivity in the village is higher than the previous year.

Not only changing the way of thinking in farming, every year, Mr. Chia also actively works with the village and commune organizations to change the production methods for the people. Therefore, now, the people have boldly borrowed capital from the Social Policy Bank to invest in economic development in the direction of raising livestock. Currently, the total herd of buffaloes and cows in the village is nearly 200. "Although the lives of 400 households in the village are still difficult, the thinking and awareness of the people to rise up have changed a lot. As a party member who contributed a part of his strength, I am happy about that" - party member Giang A Chia happily said.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh pointed out that cadres and party members must be pioneers and exemplary because they are the ones who have a firm grasp of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, so "party members go first, the country follows". Learning from Uncle Ho, in recent times, each cadre and party member in Muong Cha district has been promoting the role of pioneers and role models, being a shining example for the masses to follow. And for Ms. Mua Thi Chu, a party member of Trung Dinh village Party Cell, Huoi Leng commune, that is even more true when she is always the pioneer in patriotic emulation movements in residential areas. Ms. Chu shared: As a party member and also a cadre of the women's union in the commune, I often persuade women to actively eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, and do well in the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's" associated with implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. To make the masses listen and believe, Ms. Chu is always responsible, caring, developing the economy, and cultivating family happiness. Currently, her family owns more than 20 livestock (buffaloes, cows, pigs) and hundreds of poultry. Each year, after deducting expenses, the income is stable at over 100 million VND.

Reflecting on the example of party member Mua Thi Chu, over the years many women members and people have risen up to develop the economy. Especially, they have joined hands to support each other to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. Up to now, the village has established a Women's Credit and Savings Fund with a total savings of nearly 20 million VND.

With over 45,500 party members in the entire provincial Party Committee, over the past time, each party member has continuously studied, set an example, and voluntarily taken the lead in all aspects. Many good models and creative ways of economic development, poverty reduction, party building, and political system have also been advised by party members, or successfully applied and then replicated, thus being recognized by local Party committees, authorities, and people.

However, in order to further promote the role of the political nucleus at the grassroots level to lead the people to successfully carry out local political tasks, along with focusing on thoroughly grasping and implementing Resolution No. 22 of the Central Executive Committee (10th tenure) on "Improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of cadres and party members"; currently, party committees and party organizations at all levels in the province have been regularly paying attention to the work of educating and training cadres and party members with strong mettle, steadfast ideological stance, steadfast in the Party's ideals and goals, actively striving to improve in studying and training, and successfully completing assigned tasks.
