Ensuring electricity supply on Hung Kings' death anniversary

In the power supply plan for the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in 2025, Phu Tho Electricity Company has developed scenarios and plans to handle possible incidents. By being proactive in human resources as well as technical means, it will ensure quick handling, minimizing the impact on cultural activities and events held.

The company has developed a general power supply plan for the entire province, especially a specific plan for the Hung Temple Historical Site, Viet Tri City and neighboring areas of Lam Thao and Phu Ninh districts. At the same time, it has inspected and reviewed the entire power grid in the Hung Temple area, Viet Tri City and the outlying communes; promptly handling any defects on the power grid.

For power lines supplying festival venues, the Company arranges shift operators to regularly check and adjust voltage on the grid to ensure stable power supply quality; regularly monitor and supervise voltage at 110kV transformer stations, adjusting voltage to ensure operation within the prescribed voltage range.

Viet Tri City is a central location with many cultural and artistic activities, especially some activities taking place during peak times of electricity use. To ensure the power grid operates regularly and continuously, providing enough electricity for activities, Viet Tri Electricity has proactively coordinated with the Management Board of Hung Temple Historical Site to develop a plan, arrange forces to regularly inspect, maintain and service transformer stations and power lines serving the Hung Temple area. In addition to transformer stations that regularly supply electricity, many backup generators are ready to supply electricity when problems occur during the festival activities.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Vinh - Deputy Director of the Company said: "The Company has developed a plan to arrange a reasonable method of operating the power source and grid to ensure safety and reliability under normal conditions and flexible switching in case of incidents. At the same time, the Company also requires units to strengthen inspection, detect and promptly handle defects of power source equipment and grid...

Remote control center, Phu Tho Electricity Company is on duty 24/7 to ensure the monitoring and management of the power grid system safely, quickly and promptly.

Coordinate with local authorities to review, develop and implement plans to protect security, safety, and prevent fire and explosion for power projects and grid operation locations; organize a review of the entire grid to promptly detect high load status of power lines and transformer stations distributing electricity to locations hosting cultural and political events... Units arrange personnel to be on duty at high load transformer stations during events.

It is known that during the festival, Phu Tho Power Company will not cut off power on the grid, except in cases of force majeure or special cases. The company has prepared human resources, equipment, and assigned 24/24 hours of duty to ensure the fastest handling when force majeure incidents occur.

In addition, the Company actively coordinates with local authorities and mass media agencies to strengthen propaganda measures on security protection, fire prevention and fighting for electrical works; use electricity safely and reasonably, cut down on unnecessary electrical equipment during peak hours to avoid overloading lines and equipment, which generally affects the power supply.
