Handing over the duties and responsibilities of the Deputy Political Commissar and Deputy Commander of the Border Guard of Quang Ninh province

On the afternoon of April 9, the Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard of Quang Ninh province held a conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of the Deputy Political Commissar and Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard.

Implementing the decisions on personnel of the Ministry of National Defense, appointing for a term Senior Colonel Le Quang Chieu, Chief of Political Affairs, to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar; Senior Colonel Dang Minh Duc, Head of Logistics - Technical Department, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard.

Speaking at the handover conference, Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoa, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, praised and acknowledged the contributions and growth during the working process of comrades Le Quang Chieu and Dang Minh Duc.
