According to the plan, the live TV program "Vang mai khuc khai trien" organized by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Vietnam Television in coordination with the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province will be carried out at 3 locations: Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, and Quang Tri Province.

At the Quang Tri bridge, the program will be held at the Hien Luong - Ben Hai historical site, at 8:00 p.m. on April 27, 2025. On that basis, the Provincial People's Committee has issued a document assigning tasks to relevant departments, branches and localities. In particular, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Culture - Entertainment, Vietnam Television (VTV3) to connect and deploy the program in Quang Tri.

At the working session, the representative of the delegation of the Department of Culture - Entertainment, Vietnam Television reported an overview of the program's script, the number of delegates attending, the planned location of the stage, the scenes to be arranged and staged...; at the same time, requested Quang Tri province to coordinate and support the program production team with some contents such as: providing some props and related items to perform the performances (three-leaf boat, torch, conical hat, white chrysanthemum, table, chair...); ensuring propaganda work, security, order, traffic safety during the program; supporting field surveys at the program's location and some other related contents.

After listening to the opinions and proposals of the delegation's representatives and the progress reports on the implementation of tasks of departments, branches and localities, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam requested the Department of Culture - Entertainment and Vietnam Television to complete and transfer the overall script of the program to Quang Tri province so that the province can more conveniently accompany and support Vietnam Television in implementing the program in the coming time.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to direct the Hien Luong - Ben Hai Relic Management Board to support the program production team in installing stages, decorating visual propaganda, and cleaning the environment; at the same time, research, consider, and arrange additional LED screens in convenient areas to serve the people to watch the program.

The Provincial Police Department is assigned to arrange forces to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and fire prevention and fighting in the program area; Quang Tri Electricity Company has a plan to ensure adequate and continuous power supply for activities; People's Committees of Vinh Linh and Gio Linh districts create all favorable conditions, and at the same time arrange extras to participate in rehearsals to serve the program...

The Provincial Military Command presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to develop a plan and organize high-altitude fireworks display at the province's television bridge in accordance with the Central Government's direction.
