The report at the Congress said that An Phuoc Auto Transport Company Limited currently has 80 union members, including 16 female union members.
In the 2018-2023 term, the Trade Union of An Phuoc Auto Transport Company Limited directed the synchronous and effective implementation of the contents of the campaigns and action programs during the term, responding to the emulation movements launched by the Department of Transport and the Trade Union of the Transport Industry.

The Company's Trade Union has also focused on propaganda and education of union members and employees on the Labor Code; Trade Union Law; Social Insurance Law; Health Insurance Law; and legal propaganda to 100% of union members and employees.
At the same time, the patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers have had many innovations in content, specific emulation targets, close to reality, and have been actively responded and participated by a large number of union members. From there, creating a high level of consensus in awareness, cadres, employees, and workers have promoted the spirit of responsibility, dedication, dynamism, creativity with many initiatives and solutions focusing on key stages in management and production and business, helping the company to develop more and more. In 2018, the company's revenue reached 140 billion, by 2022 it reached 190 billion, with a growth rate of 35%.
The work of developing union members, innovating the organization and methods of union activities has been effectively implemented. The work of building a contingent of female cadres and improving the quality of activities of the Women's Union of the grassroots trade union has received attention.
In addition, the company's Union also focuses on protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members in implementing policies and regimes.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Doan Van Ky, Chairman of the Transport Trade Union, affirmed that in recent years, An Phuoc Automobile Transport Company Limited has had many flexible policies and solutions, determined to overcome difficulties, promote and improve business performance to ensure sustainable growth, complete the set goals, ensure stable jobs and income for employees. Ms. Tran Thi Trinh, Head of Accounting Department, was elected as Chairwoman of the Trade Union of An Phuoc Auto Transport Company Limited, term II, term 2023 - 2028.
