Accordingly, the Steering Committee for the implementation of Project 06 of the city requested agencies, units and localities to focus on accelerating and promoting the digitization of records, cleaning, synchronizing, enriching, connecting and reusing specialized data and administrative procedures that have been resolved; especially completing the digitization of data and reusing digitized data to reduce and simplify administrative procedures, first of all, civil status and land data. At the same time, review administrative procedures with document components that are types of papers that have been integrated into electronic identification accounts to reduce documents and simplify administrative procedures "without limits" in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister, not requiring people and businesses to present digitized and integrated documents to effectively serve agencies, organizations and people. Strictly implement the reception and settlement of administrative procedures on the public service portal, avoiding delays in receiving, settling and returning results. Also, urgently review, select and propose administrative procedures under the authority to advise, report and propose the Chairman of the City People's Committee to submit to the City People's Council to issue a zero-fee policy to encourage people and businesses to carry out administrative procedures on the public service portal, to be completed in April 2025./.
