The 3rd Binh Thuan Singing Contest for the Disabled

BTO-On March 24, the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Protection of Children's Rights organized the 3rd Singing Contest for People with Disabilities in Binh Thuan Province - 2025, with the theme "Singing from the heart".

The Singing Contest for People with Disabilities is organized to encourage and motivate people with disabilities to be confident, united, and strive in life, contributing to raising community awareness of the ability of people with disabilities to contribute to cultural life .

This is an opportunity for the talents of the disabled to receive the sharing and appreciation of the community. This year, there are 8 art troupes from districts , towns and city associations, with more than 30 disabled actors participating.

Through singing and music genres... the actors will bring lyrics and voices praising the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho, the patriotic tradition of our people in the process of building and defending the Fatherland; praising the homeland, national solidarity; praising love for people and typical examples of overcoming fate, contributing to building the homeland.

The contest is also a useful playground, encouraging the spirit and creating conditions for the disabled community to contribute and integrate more deeply into the cultural activities of society. Over the past 3 years, the contest has been a place to help the disabled community have more motivation, work and entertainment in the true sense. The contest is also a place where the seeds of goodness are nurtured through singing and playing instruments amidst the difficulties of life.

The Organizing Committee awarded 3 A prizes to the performances "Tuy Phong New Day" and "The Fatherland Calls My Name" by Tuy Phong unit and the performance "A Round of Vietnam" by Phan Thiet City unit. In addition, there were 4 B prizes and 4 consolation prizes. Regarding the collective prize, Tuy Phong district won the second prize overall (no first prize) in the 2025 Binh Thuan Province Singing Contest for People with Disabilities. Two individuals, Nguyen Duc Quan (Tanh Linh) and Vo Hoang Linh (La Gi Town) won the emotional prize. Through the contest, the Organizing Committee will select the 3 best performances to participate in the Southern regional contest in Ho Chi Minh City and the national final contest in Hanoi.
