In the exciting atmosphere to celebrate the success of the Youth Union Congress for the 2024-2027 term and welcome the Year of the Snake 2025, the Youth Union of Sao Mai - Ben Dinh Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company (Sao Mai - Ben Dinh) organized a series of meaningful activities and left an impression on each youth union member and the community.
Launching ceremony of "Spring Volunteer" and the Tet tree planting movement "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho"
On the morning of January 11, 2025, at Regiment 251, Region 2 of the Navy, the Youth Union of Sao Mai - Ben Dinh Company coordinated with the Vung Tau City Youth Union, the Youth Union of Vung Tau City Agencies and PTSC units in the area to organize the launching ceremony of the "Spring Volunteer" campaign and the "Forever Grateful to Uncle Ho" tree planting festival movement. President Ho Chi Minh's teaching: "Spring is the tree planting festival, making the country more and more springy" has been realized through the planting of 100 new yellow trumpet trees along Viba Mountain road. In addition, the youth project "Waste classification at source" including 6 classified trash bins was donated and handed over to the Youth Union of Regiment 251 for management. The activity not only creates a green landscape but also raises public awareness of environmental protection, contributing to responding to climate change.
Landscaping and tree planting at the Company headquarters
On the same day, the Youth Union and the Company's Trade Union launched a landscape cleaning program at the headquarters. The Company's staff and youth union members enthusiastically participated in cleaning the working environment, renovating the landscape and planting 20 new royal poinciana trees, 2 climbing plants and 32 flower pots. The program not only created a green - clean - beautiful working space but also promoted solidarity among workers, determined to build a dynamic and united collective.
Launching English Club - Improving international integration skills
On January 13, 2025, the English Club of the Company's Youth Union was officially launched, attracting the participation of many youth union members and staff. The first meeting with the theme "Workshop on Convenient English at Work" took place in an exciting and vibrant atmosphere.
The members discussed the role of English in the era of Industry 4.0, shared experiences in improving communication skills. This is a stepping stone to improve international integration capacity, equipping Sao Mai - Ben Dinh youth with essential skills. The series of activities to welcome the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2024-2027 term and welcome the Spring of At Ty 2025 have strongly spread the message of joining hands to protect the environment, respond to climate change; at the same time, arousing the spirit of initiative, creativity and responsibility of the youth union members in excellently completing assigned tasks, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of Sao Mai - Ben Dinh Company.
