Samsung Company supports workers' children with medical treatment

Mr. Kim Iee Soo, General Director of SEVT Company, symbolically presented 100 million VND raised to Duong Minh Nguyet's family.

Duong Minh Nguyet's mother is an employee at SEVT Company, her father is a freelancer with an unstable income. She was diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis when she was only 13 months old, the cost of treatment is high, while the family's finances are very difficult.

Representatives of SEVT Company's affiliated units presented gifts to Duong Minh Nguyet's family.

Faced with the child's situation, SEVT Company launched a campaign to support Duong Minh Nguyet through the "Dream Road" program and received support from many employees of the Company. In a short time, 100 million VND was donated to support Duong Minh Nguyet's medical treatment.

Representative of Thai Nguyen Department of Health presented gifts to Duong Minh Nguyet's family.

On this occasion, SEVT Company representative presented 100 million VND donated to Nguyet’s family; representatives of the Company’s departments also presented the family with many meaningful gifts. Thai Nguyen Department of Health, Phu Binh District People’s Committee, and Uc Ky Commune also presented gifts to Nguyet.

Delegates attended the program with leaders, employees of SEVT Company and family of Duong Minh Nguyet.

The "Dream Road" program has been implemented by SEVT Company since 2019, aiming to provide material and spiritual support to children in special circumstances, including children of employees in the Company and children in Thai Nguyen province. To date, the program has supported 46 children, with a total support budget of over 4.4 billion VND.
