The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor sets a target of having 70% or more of grassroots trade unions in all types of enterprises and 50% or more of grassroots trade unions in administrative agencies and public service units organize at least one appropriate activity in response to Workers' Month 2024.

Workers' Month is an opportunity to promote the pioneering role of union members and workers in innovation, creativity, initiative promotion, technical improvement, and labor productivity improvement at units and enterprises. At the same time, it creates the attention of the whole society, especially employers and the government, to the employment, living conditions and issues of workers.
